The DREF 2015 Stephanie Tubbs Jones (STJ) Social Justice Institute Forum, was held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Washington Hilton Hotel. The forum was held in conjunction with the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 26th Annual Delta Days in the Nation’s Capital, legislative awareness three-day event.
