The Mentoring Keys Scholarship is an educational opportunity offered by the Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF) and is generously funded by the KeyBank Foundation. Washington, DC - The Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF) has selected Dr. Johni Cruse-Craig, a middle school teacher from Georgia, to lead the newly created educational initiative that focuses on teacher effectiveness. Dr. Cruse-Craig is a science teacher with extensive experience in leadership development, particularly in teacher efficacy.

DREF Announces New Executive Director Search

DREF is seeking applicants for the Foundation’s Executive Director position. Ms. Cheryl Thomas, CEO of Thomas and Associates, has agreed to be the Executive Director of the Delta Research and Educational Foundation, for a one-year period ending, July, 2022. She has also agreed to be a part of a transition process next year for the new director. Applications are now being accepted with the review process beginning October 15, 2021.
