Thank You for Attending the Self-Care Workshop

Appreciation is extended to all who attended the self-care workshop presented as a part of the Professional Development Series for Educators sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Weekend. The Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF) and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.(DST) presented the workshop “Pouring from a Full Pitcher—Self-Care: Mind, Body, and Spirit” on September 15. As indicated during the workshop, a resource list to support your efforts in achieving health and wellness is provided on the DREF website…here’s to filling your pitcher with self-care.
