DREF Engages First Research Assistant: Kelsey Bogard
DREF is pleased to recognize its first Research Assistant, Ms. Kelsey Bogard who is a doctoral student at Indiana State University. Ms. Bogard recently began volunteering with the Research Subcommittee of the Sister Scholars Advisory Council to facilitate a portion of its current research project on Entrepreneurship. She is conducting the literature review on the topic of “Soft Skills Needed for Success in Business.”
The doctoral student is studying Higher Education Leadership in Indiana State University’s Educational Leadership Program. Her doctoral advisor is DREF Sister Scholar Mary Howard-Hamilton, Ed.D., Professor and Chair of the Educational Leadership Department at ISU. Ms. Bogard is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and originally hails from Memphis, TN.
